We use secure systems and buildings to hold your information. We aim to only keep your information for as long as we need it.

Our staff are trained in how to keep your information safe and secure.

We hold personal information in secure and confidential files maintained in paper and/or electronic form.

Sometimes personal information held by Tropical Pines Pty Ltd is securely stored with third party data storage providers.

Making a privacy complaint


If you have a concern or complaint about your privacy, let us know and we will try to fix it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, there are other things you can do.

To make a complaint, please contact our privacy officer, we will look into the issue and try to fix it straight away through our complaint handling process. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint and want to take matters further you may refer your concerns to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

It is usual practice to collect statistical information about all our visitors to our online resources.
